We want you to love your MAISON purchase. If you're not completely satisfied:

Personalization & Monogramming

Due to the bespoke nature of personalized items, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We carefully check all personalization details before production, and you'll receive a preview for approval.

If there is an error in the monogramming that differs from your approved preview, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue.

Adding a monogram is simple:

  1. Select your item and click "Add Personalization"
  2. Enter up to 3 initials (typically First, Last, Middle format)
  3. Choose your thread color (Classic Black, Navy, or matching fabric color)
